Terms of Use

Last updated: 4 October 2026

These terms apply when you use PlanMyDaysOff (planmydaysoff.com), a website run by Nafizul Hoque Khan ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What the site is

PlanMyDaysOff is a free planner that shows public holidays and suggests which days of leave to book for longer breaks. It is for general information only. It is not legal, HR or employment advice.

Holiday dates: please check before you book

We check every holiday date against an official source (see About), but mistakes can happen, and governments can add or move holidays at short notice. Which days you actually get off depends on your employer, your contract, your sector and where you work. Regional holidays, holidays that fall on a weekend and "substitute" days differ from place to place.

Always confirm your days off with your employer, and the official holiday list for your area, before you book leave, travel or anything that is hard to cancel. If you find a wrong date, please tell us at [email protected].

Printable calendars and content

You are welcome to print our calendars and planners, save them as PDF and share links to any page, for your own personal use, at home, at work or in your team. Please don't republish, sell or bulk-copy the site's content, data or design, or present it as your own, without asking us first. Holiday dates themselves are public facts; our selection, write-ups, calculations and design are protected by copyright.

Using the site fairly

Please don't misuse the site: for example, don't try to break or overload it, scrape it in bulk, or use it for anything unlawful.

Ads and links

The site is paid for by advertising and may show ads from Google and its partners. Ads never decide which days the planner suggests. We link to official government pages and other sites. We are not responsible for their content, and an ad or link is not an endorsement.

No warranty and limits of liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, as far as the law allows. We don't promise that it will always be available, error-free or up to date. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content, including booked travel, leave or lost earnings. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.

Privacy

How we handle information and cookies is explained in our Privacy Policy. You can change your cookie choices at any time in .

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site means you accept it.
